Albert DeGenova is the author of two books of poetry, The Blueing Hours and BackBeat, as well as two chapbooks, Postcards to Jack and A Tender Spot. He is also the publisher and co-editor of After Hours, a journal of Chicago writing and art. DeGenova is a blues saxophonist and one-time contributing editor of Down Beat magazine.
